The binding document
Localpayment’s services are governed by the Localpayment Terms and Conditions, together with the commercial agreement signed during onboarding and the policies it references. The current version of the Terms is dated November 2025.
This page does not summarize, replace or modify those documents. If anything on this page differs from the PDF or from your agreement, the PDF and your agreement prevail.

When reviewing the Terms and your agreement, legal and finance teams usually confirm:
- The contracting entity — which Localpayment entity provides the services in each market.
- Scope — the services, countries and payment methods included.
- Your obligations — onboarding information (KYC/KYB), permitted use and prohibited activities.
- Commercial terms — fees, FX and settlement, as set out in your commercial agreement.
- Data protection — each party’s role and the security measures that apply.
- Term and termination — how and when either party can end the relationship.
