Pricing

Pricing that follows your payment flows

Every quote is built around your countries, payment methods and volume. You receive a written proposal with every fee and your FX terms before you sign, and you see the exact rate before each conversion.

  • Quotes built for your markets
  • Every fee listed in your proposal
  • Rate lock before each conversion

How pricing works

The parts of every quote

Every Localpayment proposal is built from the same parts. The values depend on the country, the method and your volume.

  • Processing

Pay-ins and virtual accounts are priced per payment method and country. Your proposal lists each fee.

  • FX

Set in your agreement and applied only when a conversion happens. You see the rate before you execute and can lock it with a quote token.

  • Payout

Payouts are priced per payout method and country, on their own line in your proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge monthly or setup fees?

That depends on your agreement. Your written proposal lists every fee that applies to your account, recurring or one-off, before you sign, so there are no surprises.

What does a proposal include?

The fees for each payment method and country you need, for pay-ins, payouts and virtual accounts, plus your FX terms. Any custom arrangement is set out in your agreement.

How is FX priced?

FX terms are set in your commercial agreement. Before each conversion you request a quote, see the exact rate and can lock it with a quote token, within local market hours.

Why don’t you publish a price list?

Costs vary widely by country, method and volume. A single list could not reflect those differences, so we quote your real flows instead.

Where can I follow my transactions and conversions?

In the Business Portal reports, with export for your finance team, and through the balance, activity and reconciliation APIs.

Are pay-ins and payouts priced separately?

Yes. Each product is priced per payment method and country and listed on its own line in your proposal, so your finance team can see the cost of collecting and of paying out in each market.
