Questions from candidates

Can I work remotely?

It depends on the role. Each opening lists its location and work model. If you are based elsewhere in Latin America, apply anyway and tell us where you are.

Do I need payments experience?

Not always. For many roles we value curiosity and strong fundamentals over prior payments experience — we will teach you the rails.

Which languages do you work in?

English is required for every role. Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin are also common across the team, and each opening says which other languages the role needs.

How long does the process take?

We keep it as short as the role allows and give you an update at every stage, whatever the outcome.

How do you handle my personal data?

We use your application only for recruiting purposes and keep it as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to update or delete it.

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes. Apply to the roles that fit you and mention it in your application; we will coordinate so you go through one process.
