The onboarding process is designed to obtain and assess key information needed to understand an applicant’s business model, ownership structure, and overall risk profile before granting access to services. It begins with the completion of an onboarding form and submission of supporting documentation.
All entities and individuals are screened against sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media sources. A risk assessment is then conducted, considering factors such as industry, jurisdiction, and corporate structure. The compliance team reviews the information, may request additional clarification, and assigns a risk classification.
Once approved, the client executes the agreement, completes technical integration, and is granted access to services following final internal validation. Post-onboarding, the account is subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure activity remains consistent with the declared business model and the organization's risk assessment
